Cardiovascular training
Cardiovascular excercise is also known as aerobic exercise. Cardio exercise increases your heart rate through any physical activity, while maintaining this activity for up to an hour uses energy from your aerobic metabolism.
The best training to increase your cardiovascular health is to train in a moderate to to intense zone, depending on your fitness level and the results you want to see and when you want to see them.
You should do aerobic exercise for fat loss and to lower your stress levels (cortisol ). It is important that you choose an activity that you enjoy doing beacause of the you are going to have to spend to be able to see results. Don’t do some you don’t enjoy.
High intensity interval training (HIIT)

This is the best way to get fit quickly and effectively. This type of excercise can take anywhere from 4 to 30 minutes depending on your schedule and results you want. It is ideal for people on busy schedules.
These workouts are a combination of a high intensity working period followed by a long recovery period. This is ideal for conditioning , improving an athletic ability and fat burning.
Weight training

This type of training is not only ideal for increasing your physical strength but also for building muscle and increasing your testing metabolic rate, which promotes fat burning. Weight training also has many other benefits.
For weight training to be effective you have to use a weight that is out of your comfort zone, for example , if you have a pet (that you you pick up daily) that weighs 4kg you have to start your program with 6kg -8kg, depending on your goal.
To tone you will use a lower weight and do between 10 -15 repetitions with the rest period no longer than 30 seconds between each set. To build muscle you will need to use heavier weight and do between 6-10 repetitions with a longer rest of up to 2 minutes.
CrossFit
CrossFit is a strength and conditioning program that includes a variety of different sports and training methods such as gymnastics, weight training and cardiovascular movements which get combined into a one complete workout .
